Armies of Immoren
Welcome to the home of Armies of Immoren. This is an application designed to assist players in building armies
for use in the WARMACHINE and HORDES tabletop combat games. AoI is intended to provide all the functionality
a player could need, whether their focus is casual games, campaigns or leagues, or tournaments.
Armies of Immoren is provided for use completely free of charge.

- Autoupdate feature keeps all files up to date with current release
- Automatic army points calculation, including cost and Victory Point
- Checks for all army validity rules, including field allowance, number of warcasters, epic warcasters,
unit dependencies, and warjack limitations
- Selection of valid sources for available models, and checking for unreleased models
- Context-sensitive marking to indicate valid army options
- Specification of army point costs including encounter levels and bonus points
- Global discounts by type to implement campaign rewards
- Individual cost modifications for each element of an army
- Management of model collections
- Generation of model lists for an army, with the ability to compare to collections and see what is missing
- Printing of army lists, including damage grids for all appropriate units
- Printing of model lists

Requirements
Armies of Immoren is a Java-based application, and as such requires a Java Virtual Machine (JVM) version 1.4.2 or newer
to function. The block below should show you what version of Java you have installed on your system. If it is older
than 1.4.2, or no message is displayed, you will need to download Java from the link given before you can use AoI.
The most common installation for running Java applications is the Java2 Standard Edition (J2SE) Runtime Environment, or J2SE JRE.
The Java Runtime is a free platform from Sun Microsystems, and very common throughout the software industry. There is no
cost, and it does not contain any adware, nagware, or spyware.
If you don't have Java installed, or have an old version of Java, you'll need to download and install this before you can install
and use Armies of Immoren.

Once you have an appropriate JVM installed, you can download Armies of Immoren from the link given below. The
downloaded file is a self-installing JAR; to install, simply run the file like any other executable.
Installation Troubleshooting
Many users have reported that their browser refuses to save the installer as a JAR file, instead renaming it as a .zip. If you have this problem,
you can download the file below. This is a .zip archive, which contains only the single installer file. To install this
version of the download, extract AoI-Install.jar, and execute it.

I've gone all-out to put in every feature I can think of that a WARMACHINE player might want, but I'm sure I
